Bypassing permitting with a pre-approved build is great for refining construction and team dynamics, but it doesn't offer experience with the permitting process itself. Therefore, we're launching a parallel project: acquiring a separate lot and navigating permitting from start to finish. This will be our first investment offering. This dual approach accelerates our learning. While the pre-approved project focuses on construction efficiency, the new project provides critical insights into San Bernardino County's regulations. This maximizes our experience and strengthens our overall STR strategy.
