Week 10: Electrical Rough-in, Plumbing/HVAC Progress, and Landscaping Begins!

This week saw a flurry of activity as we continued making progress on multiple fronts. The electrical rough-in is officially underway! Electricians are now busy running wiring throughout the house, preparing for outlets, switches, and all the electrical needs of our single-story home. This intricate work requires careful planning and execution to ensure everything is up to code and functioning correctly.

We're also nearing completion of the plumbing and HVAC rough-ins. Plumbers have been installing pipes for water supply and drainage, while HVAC technicians have been running ductwork for heating and cooling. These systems are essential for the comfort and functionality of the home, and getting the rough-ins completed now sets the stage for the next phases of construction.

Beyond the interior, we're excited to announce that our landscaping contractor has begun work! They've started prepping the ground for the exterior sidewalks, laying the groundwork for the future curb appeal of the property. This initial landscaping work is a welcome sight, hinting at the final appearance of the home. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue to build!
