Week 11: Electrical Rough-in Complete, Inspections Passed, and Driveway/Sidewalks Poured!

A productive week has passed, bringing us closer to the finished product. We're thrilled to announce that the electrical rough-in is now complete, including all the wiring for outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures. This comprehensive work ensures that our single-story home will have all the necessary electrical connections for modern living.

Even better news: both the electrical and plumbing rough-in inspections have been successfully passed! This signifies that the work meets all required building codes and standards, giving us confidence in the quality and safety of these essential systems. Passing these inspections is a major milestone, clearing the way for the next phases of construction.

Outside, we've made significant progress as well. The driveway and sidewalks have been poured! This not only improves the accessibility of the property but also significantly enhances its curb appeal. Seeing the smooth concrete surfaces in place gives a more finished look to the exterior.
